Operative words

And now, on this 26th day of April 2021, I hereby amend my Order... dated February 12, 2021, as previously amended, as follows:... a Vaccine Provider under this subsection shall coordinate, when requested by the Department or its representative, with either of the following to schedule appointments for persons eligible to receive vaccine on or after the effective date of this order... Coordination shall include, at a minimum, the requirement to schedule an appointment for an individual, including any homebound individual... This Amended Order shall take effect at 12:01 a.m. on April 30, 2021 and shall remain in effect until further notice.
