The principal Pennsylvania vaccine-provider conduct order of the allocation period; binds pharmacies, hospitals, practices and health systems and conditions their vaccine supply on compliance.
Retrieval noteThe PA State file saved the Governor's parallel Feb. 12, 2021 order and the Acting Secretary's May 7, 2021 amendment; this is the Acting Secretary's own order. The posted PDF's header block recites 'dated December 15, 2020' for the reporting order it incorporates.
