Operative words
Effective June 15, 2020, pursuant to Executive Order No. 149 and Executive Directive no. 20-032 all child care programs operating in the State of New Jersey must comply with the requirements detailed [herein]... Children and staff who are COVID-19 positive must not return until they have met the criteria for [discontinuing isolation]... to the greatest extent possible, the same staff shall be assigned to care for [the same group of children].
