"1. This Executive Directive supersedes Executive Directive No. 20-032 issued on September 18, 2020. 2. Child Care Centers, as defined in Executive Order No. 149 (2020), must adhere to the protocols attached hereto, entitled 'Updated COVID-19 Standards - Child Care Centers,' as amended and supplemented." Recitals: EO 149 "required the Department of Health to impose Standards for COVID-19 Related Health and Safety Applicable in New Jersey Child Care and Youth Summer Camp Settings"; "on June 30, 2020, the Commissioner of the Department of Health (DOH) issued Executive Directive No. 20-021"; "on September 18, 2020, the Commissioner of DOH issued Executive Order No. 20-032, which superseded the portion of Executive Directive 20-021 pertaining to childcare centers".
