Operative words

Accordingly, on this day, July 26, 2021, in order to prevent and control the spread of disease, I hereby order:... 'Vaccine Providers' means all Pennsylvania vaccine providers who have a valid CDC COVID-19 Provider Agreement... A. Vaccine Providers giving a two-dose Vaccine shall provide to a first dose [recipient a second-dose appointment]... B. Vaccine Providers providing a two-dose Vaccine shall make every appropriate [effort to administer the second dose]... Vaccine Providers receiving Vaccine shall report to the Department the following:... 2. Within 24 hours of receipt of inventory or administration of a Vaccine, Vaccine Providers shall access the PA SIIS web application to record receipt of shipments of COVID-19 immunization inventory and [administration]... Enforcement... The Department may reduce or temporarily suspend a Vaccine Provider's allocation of Vaccine doses for the Vaccine Provider's failure to comply with guidelines issued under federal government and state law, including failure to comply with this Order... Effect on Other Orders. The Order... dated February 12, 2021, and the Order... dated December 30, 2020, are both rescinded and replaced by this Order. Effective Date and Duration. This Order shall take effect at 12:01 a.m. on July 28, 2021 and shall remain in effect until further notice.
