Operative words
Cashless tolling will be in in effect from 6 a.m. March 26 to 6 a.m. May 11. DRPA will temporarily implement cashless tolling at our bridges amid COVID-19. All motorists (E-ZPass & Cash) will be directed to drive through E-ZPass lanes until May 11. After 6 a.m. on May 11, E-ZPass lanes return to E-ZPass account holders only and Non E-ZPass customers return to using cash lanes.... Transportation is considered an essential service under the stay-at-home orders
