Operative words
[employees and contractors of the covered establishments] must be vaccinated or, as an alternative, must undergo weekly [testing and present a] negative COVID-19 test result on a weekly basis... Section 6: ACCESS RESTRICTION. Visitors may not access an [establishment without proof of vaccination or a negative test]... Section 9: NONCOMPLIANCE. Failure to comply with the provisions of this [Order shall be penalized]... VALIDITY. This Executive Order shall enter into force on August 23, 2021 and shall remain in force until the state of emergency [ends]
