Operative words
[employees of the health sector, of hotels, paradores, lodgings and short-term rentals, and Executive Branch contractors must be vaccinated or] get tested for COVID-19 on a weekly basis... Section 5: PARADORES, LODGINGS, AND SHORT-TERM RENTALS... they shall furnish on a weekly basis a [negative test]... The management of these locations shall ensure [compliance]... VALIDITY. This Executive Order shall take effect on August 16, 2021, and shall remain in effect until the emergency declared in [OE-2020-020 ends]
