SECCION 2a: PASAJEROS DE VUELOS DOMESTICOS. Todo pasajero mayor de dos (2) anos que, a partir de la vigencia de esta Orden [llegue a Puerto Rico debera presentar evidencia de vacunacion completa o un resultado negativo de prueba, o someterse a cuarentena]... VIGENCIA. Esta Orden Ejecutiva entrara en vigor el 28 de mayo [de 2021] [translation: every passenger over two arriving in Puerto Rico must present proof of full vaccination or a negative test, or quarantine; effective May 28, 2021]

Enforcement

Act 20-2017 misdemeanor: "pena de reclusion que no excedera de seis (6) meses o multa que no excedera de cinco mil (5,000) dolares o ambas"
