Operative words
Whoever willfully is the offender or participates in a riot, or is guilty of inciting a riot, or who fails to comply with a lawful command to disperse, or who is guilty of wrongful use of public property, or violates any other provision hereof shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars or be imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
Penalty
Fine up to $500 or imprisonment up to six months, or both (A); hard labor up to five years (B) or twenty-one years (C) for willful violations causing serious injury, major property damage or death
What it required
Every person must comply with the local emergency orders promulgated under R.S. 14:329.6 (closures of places of amusement and assembly, occupancy zones, curfews) on pain of criminal penalty.
