Operative words

a city or town may approve requests for expansion of outdoor table service or extensions of earlier granted approvals, including a local licensing authority ("LLA") approving a request for a change in the description of licensed premises for the purpose of permitting outdoor alcohol service, until a date beyond November 1, 2020... Any approval issued under this Section shall remain in effect until 60 days past the end of the state of emergency... Effective at 12:01 am on September 17, 2020, indoor and outdoor gaming arcades may open their brick-and-mortar premises to workers, customers, and the public.
