Operative words
All City residents and any individual over the age of two, entering the geographic boundaries of Baltimore City ('Subject') shall wear face coverings whenever they are in public and social distancing is not possible.
Enforcement
A Subject who knowingly and willfully violates this Order or any Local Order is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding one year or a fine not exceeding $5,000 or both.
