Operative words

Individuals shall wear a face covering when in any indoor public space. Individuals are required to wear a face covering while in outdoor public spaces when maintaining a physical distance of six (6) feet or more from persons who are not members of the same household or residence is not feasible.

Enforcement

An individual who knowingly and willfully violates this Order or any Local Order is guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction is subject to imprisonment not exceeding one year or a fine not exceeding $5,000 or both.

Notes

Remains effective until the state of emergency and catastrophic health emergency are rescinded or until rescinded or superseded.
