Notes
Health Order No. 27 (MET-BNA-075) recites that businesses and schools had been providing a safe environment for customers, students, and employees by requiring masks and converts the business requirement to a recommendation, confirming that Health Orders Nos. 25 and 26 required indoor masking. S.B. v. Lee (MET-BNA-080 at 15), quoting G.S. v. Lee, records that after Executive Order No. 84 the Shelby County Department of Health treated the Governor's order as an executive exception to its school mask mandate.
