Operative words
1. The Director's May 29 Order, the Director's July 6 Order, and the County Order, each attached hereto as Attachment A, Attachment B, and Attachment C, respectively, shall be fully implemented in Cuyahoga County such that: i) residents of Cuyahoga County shall comply with Social Distancing Requirements; and ii) residents of Cuyahoga County shall avoid gatherings of greater than 10 people occurring outside a single household and connected property or living unit and connected property. 2. This Executive Order shall not prohibit any gathering specifically permitted under an order of the Director of the Ohio Department of Health or the Cuyahoga County Board of Health. 3. This Executive Order shall be in effect immediately upon my signature and shall continue until the State of Emergency declared by the Governor's March 9 Order no longer exists. 4. Executive Order EO2020-0003 signed March 16, 2020 is hereby rescinded.
