Operative words
For clarification, and consistent with Order 2 contained in the Stay at Home Order, on-line [automobile sales are permitted by] truck dealerships and only if the activity is for one of the following purposes:... [the] sales transaction, receipt of the vehicle, if necessary, must be by delivery to the buyer's [residence].
