This Revised Order amends and supersedes the Pasadena Health Officer Order dated March 19, 2020. This Revised Order incorporates as if fully set forth herein the ORDER OF THE STATE PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICER set forth in Executive Order N-33-20... wherein the State Public Health Officer ordered all individuals in the State of California to stay home or at their place of residence, except as needed to maintain continuity of operations of the federal critical infrastructure sectors.... 1. Effective immediately, on March 22, 2020 and continuing until further notice, the Health [Officer orders all individuals to comply with the] ORDER OF THE STATE PUBLIC HEALTH OFFICER... For all Essential Businesses, the Health Officer orders all persons to implement the following infection control precautions
