Operative words
On July 13, 2020, because of high rates of disease transmission and the need to reduce gatherings where mixing with individuals outside of one's household [occurs, the CDPH directed the closure of indoor operations]... [This Order] incorporates by reference the directive of the CDPH issued on July 13, 2020 and requires cessation of indoor operations at the sectors listed therein, effective 12:01 AM [July 14, 2020]... 4. Effective at 12:01 AM on July 14, 2020, and continuing until further notice, the Health [Officer orders the cessation of those indoor operations]
