Operative words
This Order revises the Limited Stay at Home Order effective November 20, 2020. This Order is in effect as of 12:01 AM December 3, 2020 until 11:59 PM December 20, 2020 or until rescinded in writing by the Health Officer.... This Temporary Order prohibits all public and private gatherings of individuals from [more than one] household... except for outdoor faith-based services and protests... a. Non-essential retail and personal care services may not exceed 25% occupancy... 3. Businesses operating outdoors must require all individuals to wear a face covering and [maintain 6 feet of distance]
