This Order directs all individuals and businesses to comply with Tier 3 (Orange) of the Blueprint for a Safer Economy... Restaurants may open for indoor dining at a maximum of 50% capacity or 200 [people, whichever is fewer]... All retail, except standalone grocery stores, may operate at a maximum of 75% [capacity]... Movie theaters may operate indoors at a maximum of 50% capacity or 200 people... [gyms at] 25% capacity... Places of worship may operate indoors at 50% capacity... Family entertainment centers may reopen for indoor operation at 25% capacity
