Operative words
3.... b. Commencing on July 9, 2020 at 12:01 a.m. and notwithstanding any other emergency order to the contrary, all restaurants, cafeterias, and other food service establishment, regardless of site or seating capacity, shall be limited to offering OUTDOOR ON-PREMISES SERVICE ONLY.... Outdoor service of customers for on-premises consumption shall only be offered between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. each day and shall CLOSE at 10:00 p.m.... between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., such establishments may operate their kitchens strictly for the purpose of providing DELIVERY SERVICES ONLY. Take-out, pick-up, or curb-side pick-up shall be expressly prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. each day.... Any live entertainment is hereby PROHIBITED.... 4.... Commencing on July 2, 2020 at 12:01 a.m., all retail stores... which offer for sale any alcoholic beverage(s)... for off-premises consumption SHALL BE PROHIBITED from selling any alcoholic beverage(s) after 8:00 p.m each day in ALL ZONING DISTRICTS.... D. 1. All retail and commercial establishments required to remain closed under any Miami-Dade County Emergency Order, including County EO 23-20, shall remain CLOSED. 2. All private schools, colleges, and educational institutions shall remain CLOSED, except as necessary to facilitate online or distance learning.... H. SAFER AT HOME 1. All persons living within the City of Miami Beach are strongly encouraged to remain in their homes, except to (a) travel to retail and commercial establishments... permitted to reopen...; (b) engage in outdoor recreational activities; (c) engage in personal support activities...; or (d) travel to or from a workplace.... I. CURFEW A general curfew is hereby established throughout the City. The curfew will be in effect daily from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m....
