Mass Gatherings Inside. A Mass Gathering inside any property is prohibited.... A Mass Gathering outside is permitted with ten (10) individuals or less not including employees.... Limit indoor dine-in capacity to 25% of approved seating capacity... Customers may enter taverns only for the purposes of ordering, pick-up, and payment... This Order shall become effective Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at 12:01 a.m. This Order shall remain in effect until December 16, 2020 at 12:01 a.m.
