A Mass Gathering inside any property is prohibited.... A Mass Gathering outside is permitted with ten (10) individuals or less... Public and private school buildings and grounds are only open [for in-person instruction subject to the stated conditions]... This Order shall become effective Friday, November 20, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. This Order shall remain in effect until December 16, 2020 at 12:01 a.m.
