Operative words

Face Covering Required. Every individual, age five (5) and older, shall... Limit indoor dine-in capacity to 50% of approved seating capacity... Taverns must limit indoor dine-in capacity to 25% of approved [seating capacity]... Limit capacity to 50% of approved capacity levels.... This Order shall become effective Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. This Order shall remain in effect until April 7, 2021 at 12:01 a.m.

Notes

In force on March 31 and April 1, 2021; the statewide mask order fell with Fabick v. Evers, 2021 WI 28 (Mar. 31, 2021), but Dane County's own face-covering requirement continued without interruption.
