Face Covering Required. Every individual, age five (5) and older, shall... Restaurants and taverns must limit indoor dine-in capacity to 75%... Limit capacity to 75% of approved capacity levels indoors.... This Order shall become effective Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. This Order shall remain in effect until June 2, 2021 at 12:01 a.m.
