Operative words

Gathering Size Limits are set at the lesser of: (i) 50% of the total occupancy of the location... (ii) one person for every 30 square feet... or (iii) 250 people... Use of a mask or cloth face covering in accordance with Section 62-8 of the Milwaukee Code of Ordinances... [Restaurants and bars] The limitation related to 50% of the total occupancy of the location contained within Gathering Size Limits may be waived for an individual establishment upon approval... [and establishments must] continue to work with the Milwaukee Health Department on the [establishment's] plan until such plan is approved... [Salons:] shall wear a mask or cloth face covering while in the business or facility.

Citations under Milwaukee Code of Ordinances chs. 17 and 62; face coverings 'shall only be enforced in the manner set forth in Section 62-8-5'

Notes

The operative City order on September 30 and October 1, 2020; the Phase 4.1 regime lasted from July 31 to October 29, 2020 while the City held in phase for lack of gating-criteria progress (Ex. MET-MKE-032).
