Operative words
The City of New Orleans has suffered a setback in many public health milestones and is facing an increased surge of the Delta variant strain of the virus. Therefore, the New Orleans Health Department is modifying restrictions on activities. The City of New Orleans will follow restrictions for the reopening of the City of New Orleans as outlined in the 'City of New Orleans Health Department Guidelines for COVID-19 Reopening' dated July 31, 2021, effective as of 06:00 A.M. on July 31, 2021.
