Operative words

All employees and visitors who need to gain access to Jefferson Parish Government buildings and facilities will be required to wear a mask or face covering and undergo a temperature screening prior to entry.... 1. Jefferson Parish Transit Department (JeT): All riders must wear a face covering or mask upon boarding.... [libraries] will operate at a seventy-five (75%) percent capacity limit... The number of sports spectators will be limited to 50% percent of capacity, and spectators should wear a face covering or mask while in seating areas.... 5. Citizens' Affairs: The Department of Citizens' Affairs will issue special event permits adhering to state guidelines which call for keeping six (6) feet of social distancing.... SECTION 4:... these provisions shall be effective from March 3, 2021 to March 31, 2021
