Operative words
I BUDDY DYER, as Mayor of the City of Orlando and pursuant to the authority vested in me as the Chief Executive Officer of the City, do hereby declare that all City owned or controlled venues, including but not limited to the Amway Center, Camping World Stadium, Tinker Field, Harry P. Leu Gardens, Mennello Museum of American Arts and Public Art, Bob Carr Auditorium, the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts and all Community Centers are hereby closed to public events until April 15, 2020. No City owned or controlled building may be rented for any group meeting during this time period, all previously issued 18A permits have been revoked and no new permits will issue until further notice.

A direct municipal closure of the region's principal arena, stadium and performing-arts venues and a bar on any group-meeting rental of city buildings; the Orlando Magic's and touring productions' home venues went dark by this order before the county and State closure orders.
