Operative words
A. The Declaration of Emergency for the City of Portland, Oregon, issued on March 12, 2020, as duly extended and now set to expire at 8:00 a.m. on July 2, 2020, is hereby extended through 8:00 a.m. on July 16, 2020, and the terms of the Declaration of Emergency shall be in full force and effect for the duration of this extension, unless otherwise amended, modified or rescinded; and B. All Emergency Orders, or other directives, commands or orders issued under the authority of the March 12, 2020, Declaration of Emergency are hereby extended in full force and effect through the duration of this extension, unless otherwise amended, modified or rescinded; and C. This order is enforceable to the fullest extent provided by Portland City Code 15.08.040.
