Operative words
Visitors to all Multnomah County libraries, clinics and other facilities are reminded that masks are now required for all staff and guests. Last week, Multnomah County Public Health strongly recommended that everyone 5 and older (2 and older if tolerated) wear masks in all indoor public spaces across the County, regardless of whether they have been vaccinated. Multnomah County then implemented a new mandate requiring masks for all people who are in all Multnomah County facilities.
