Operative words

the Order requiring the wearing of masks and face coverings in court facilities in the Fifth Judicial District is hereby VACATED.... The wearing of masks or face coverings may be required in court proceedings at the discretion of the presiding judge. It is further ORDERED that jury selection and jury trials in the Criminal and Civil Divisions shall take place in Court Facilities pursuant to the procedures established prior to the Judicial Emergency. In order to prevent overcrowding, court appearances and hearing times at the Magisterial District Courts shall be staggered, and the Administrative Judges may require that scheduling of cases be staggered and/or centralized in each division.
