Operative words
this Court recognizes that the number of positive COVID-19 tests in Allegheny County has recently been substantially increasing. Consequently, it is hereby ORDERED that, effective August 10, 2021, all persons must wear masks or face coverings to enter and remain in any court facility. While mask wearing is required under this Order for spectators within courtrooms, mask wearing for participants in court proceedings, including but not limited to judges, jurors, witnesses, and attorneys, shall be at the discretion of the presiding judge.
