Operative words

consistent with the August 30, 2021 Order of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, it is hereby ORDERED: The use of Advanced Communication Technology (ACT) is permitted through October 1, 2021, subject to Constitutional limitations. Judges shall be present in the courthouse, judicial center, or other court facility whenever a proceeding is being conducted by ACT. The suspension of Rule 600, subject to Constitutional limitations, as indicated in this Court's previous Declarations and Emergency Operations Orders, began on March 16, 2020 and will continue through October 1, 2021.
