2. Effective as of 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2020, and continuing until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2020, public or private Mass Gatherings (as defined in Section 13 below) are prohibited anywhere in the City and County of San Francisco (the 'City') for the reasons listed below.... [Mass Gathering: an event in] spaces where 100 or more people are together at the same time [and gatherings in spaces with a maximum occupant load of 100 or more].
