8. This Order revokes and replaces Order Number C19-2b (revised), originally issued on March 14, 2020.... 12. This Order shall become effective at 12:01 a.m. on March 17, 2020 and will continue to be in effect until 11:59 p.m. on April 7, 2020, or until it is extended, rescinded, superseded, or amended in writing by the [Health Officer]. [Sections 2-5 identical to Ex. MET-SFO-001.]
