ORDER No. c19-5d (REVISED) OF THE HEALTH OFFICER OF THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO DIRECTING ALL INDIVIDUALS IN THE COUNTY TO CONTINUE SHELTERING AT THEIR PLACE OF RESIDENCE EXCEPT FOR IDENTIFIED NEEDS AND ACTIVITIES, IN COMPLIANCE WITH SPECIFIED REQUIREMENTS... 18. This Order shall become effective at 12:01 a.m. on May 18, 2020 and will continue to be in effect until [extended, rescinded, superseded or amended].... [Minimum Basic Operations:] For clarity, this section does not permit businesses to provide curbside pickup to customers [except as allowed in Appendix C-1].
