(b) Closure of City of Tampa Parks and Recreation Facilities. Except as otherwise provided herein, all City of Tampa Parks, recreation facilities, and pools are hereby closed, and all programs, tournaments and events scheduled for those facilities are canceled. (c)... The following City of Tampa Parks, recreation facilities and beaches are hereby open. All persons within said parks, recreation facilities and beaches shall comply with all CDC and applicable social distancing requirements and guidelines
