Operative words
All state agencies, boards, commissions, counties, municipalities, public school districts, and other state and local entities are directed to begin the process of returning employees whose [duties require it to the workplace]... Paragraph I(i)(ii)(2) of Executive Order 1477 is amended to allow healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities to resume performing non-emergent, elective medical procedures and surgeries, as clinically appropriate, that fall within Tier 1, 2 and 3 of the Non-Emergent, Elective [Medical Services and Treatment Recommendations]... Paragraph I(e) of Executive Order 1477 suspending evictions will sunset at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 1, 2020.
