Operative words

The statewide Safer at Home instituted in Executive Order 1477, as amended and extended by Executive Orders 1478, 1480, 1484, 1486 and 1487 is extended and shall remain in full force and effect until [8:00 a.m. on Monday, June 1, 2020]... Paragraphs I and II of Executive Order 1483 is amended to add Holmes County.
