Operative words

Paragraph II(p) of Executive Order 1487 is amended to allow outdoor sports complexes [to host organized practices and games subject to limitations]... Each player shall be screened by a coach prior to entering the field for practice... fans around the field watching the game shall not exceed 100 people.
