Operative words

All subject persons... who are identified by the Department of Health as a household contact of an individual who has tested positive for 2019-nCoV/COVID-19 are subject to quarantine immediately upon receiving notification from the Department of Health and for a period of fourteen days since last contact with the contagious individual. The place of confinement... is the subject person's home or residence, including hotels, motels, rented lodging, shelters, and similar facilities... ESSENTIAL CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE WORKERS, AS DEFINED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY, ARE EXEMPT FROM THIS ORDER SO LONG AS THEY REMAIN ASYMPTOMATIC
