Operative words
SECTION 2: Directive 004 shall terminate on June 30, 2020 at 11:59 pm. All Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV)... credentials... that have expired or will expire between March 12, 2020 and July 15, 2020, shall be valid until September 13, 2020 at 11:59 PM.... SECTION 4: Public Gatherings. Directive 007 and all provisions amended by subsequent directives are hereby extended to July 31, 2020... SECTION 5: Directive 009 (Revised) shall terminate on June 30, 2020 at 11:59 pm. All time tolled by Section 2 shall recommence effective July 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm.... SECTION 8: Directive 021, Phase Two of the Nevada United: Roadmap to Recovery plan, is hereby extended to July 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm.
