Notes
2020: Held as 'its first fully virtual education and networking conference' (stated in ENA's Sept. 3, 2021 release; the 2020 event page is in the retrieval queue). 2021: Planned as a hybrid in Orlando with the requirement that 'attendees will be required to be vaccinated and wear masks' (statement of Aug. 14, 2021); on Sept. 3, 2021 ENA 'announced [it] will shift to a fully virtual event taking place Sept. 22-24,' with the General Assembly also virtual, citing 'many emergency departments reporting the highest COVID-19 case numbers seen in months' and 'travel restrictions imposed on some emergency nurses.'. Usual dates: September 9-12, 2020; September 22-25, 2021 (annual, September).
