SECTION 3:... Effective 12:00 a.m. on February 15, 2021,... public gatherings are restricted to the lesser of 100 persons, or 35% of the listed fire code capacity... Effective 12:00 a.m. on March 15, 2021,... public gatherings are restricted to the lesser of 250 persons, or 50%... SECTION 4:... indoor private social gatherings are restricted to 10 or fewer persons. Outdoor private social gatherings are restricted to 25 or fewer persons.... SECTION 7:... Effective 12:00 a.m. on February 15, 2021, gaming properties shall limit occupancy in gaming areas to no more than 35%... Effective 12:00 a.m. on March 15, 2021,... no more than 50%... SECTION 10:... Large gatherings are prohibited unless a Large Gathering Plan is approved by the applicable authorities. No large gatherings will be permitted to take place before March 1, 2021.... 1. Attendance by the public may not exceed 20% of fixed seating capacity.... SECTION 11:... a tradeshow, conference, convention, professional seminar, or similar event in excess of 250 attendees may submit a Large Gathering Plan... No large gatherings under this Section will be permitted to take place before March 15, 2021. A large gathering under this Section is limited to a maximum of 1,000 attendees.... SECTION 13:... 1. Effective February 15, 2021, the maximum occupancy of these establishments for indoor dining shall not exceed 35%... Effective March 15, 2021,... 50%... 9.
