After discussions with key stakeholders and feedback from industry-leading concrete and masonry associations, World of Concrete made the proactive decision to reschedule WOC 2021 from January to June.... This is the first time in our 46-year history we have been faced with circumstances that have caused us to reschedule the event.... All Informa events will continue to prioritize the health and safety of Colleagues and Customers and will be run in accordance with official government and local authority guidance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. 2020: Held Feb. 4-7, 2020, before the orders; on-site bookings for 2021 reached 'just over 530,000 net square feet... 485 companies' (Ex. SEC-09-GM-005). 2021: Postponed from Jan. 19-22 to June 8-10, 2021 (education June 7-10) at the Las Vegas Convention Center; held June 8-10, 2021 under the organizer's health and safety requirements: 'All guests will be required to wear a face mask upon entry to Las Vegas Convention Center'; thermal temperature screening of all guests 'for elevated (over 100.4F) temperatures'; '3-foot radial distance / 6 feet of physical distance per person'; capacity controls in elevators and restrooms (Ex. SEC-09-GM-009). Usual dates: Late January or early February; 2020 edition Feb. 4-7, 2020; 2021 edition scheduled Jan. 19-22, 2021. Scale: 2020 edition: 'approximately 54,000 registered professionals... 1,310 companies (including 255 brand new companies) exhibiting across more than 700,000 net square feet' (Ex.
