Operative words

Pursuant to Governor Sisolak's COVID-19 Risk Mitigation Initiatives issued on March 17, 2020, the Nevada Gaming Control Board will be enforcing the following temporary suspension of licensee operations: All gaming devices, machines, tables, games, and any equipment related to gaming activity must be shut down by 11:59pm on March 17, 2020. The above restriction remains in effect for 30 days from the time and date it becomes effective, subject to further notice.
