Operative words
Except as provided in subparagraph 2.c.(3), all such trials scheduled to begin earlier than June 1, 2020, shall be postponed, and no such trials shall be scheduled to begin before June 1, 2020.... Trials that are held shall be conducted by remote means if reasonably feasible and permitted by law... Our goal is to continue to provide essential services while significantly minimizing the number of judges, staff, litigants and case participants, interpreters, and members of the public who come into our courthouses and offices.
