Operative words

this order (1) imposes updated, eased, "Level 2" restrictions for courts in judicial districts that have moved to Phase One; (2) retains current "Level 3" restrictions for courts in judicial districts that have not yet moved to Phase One; and (3) imposes other requirements for court operations regardless of whether a judicial district is subject to Level 2 or Level 3 restrictions.... all jury trials... scheduled to begin earlier than July 1, 2020, shall be postponed... Jury trials shall be held in the courthouse. Jury trials shall comply with social distancing requirements in the courtroom and throughout all court-controlled areas of the courthouse.
