Licensing; the SPHO order is enforceable under Health & Safety Code ss. 120125, 120140, 131080, 120130(c), 120135, 120145, 120175 and 120195
Notes
The Q3 2021 operating order for every licensed adult day program in California: it applies the State Public Health Officer's July 26, 2021 high-risk-settings order to ADPs with a compliance date of August 23, 2021, and it recites that the July 28, 2021 face-coverings guidance keeps participants masked indoors.
